Esse lindo estúdio de 37 m² está localizado no edifício Mirante do Vale, no Centro Histórico de São Paulo e foi inteiramente reformado e mobiliado no estilo industrial. **Sessões de fotos e vídeos (para fins pessoais) são bem vindas. Para fins comerciais, deve ser combinado previamente. “Ache belo tudo o que puder. A maioria das pessoas não acha belo o suficiente.” - Vincent Van Gogh O Edifício exige o envio dos dados dos hóspedes antes da chegada. Por isso, após reservar, pedimos que você nos envie nome completo, CPF e RG de todos os hóspedes. Animais de estimação não são permitidos. Objetos danificados, perdidos ou manchados serão cobrados à parte. É disponibilizado jogo de cama, toalhas e travesseiros para duas pessoas. Hóspedes sobressalentes devem providenciar seus próprios itens pessoais. Não use o enxoval para retirar maquiagem, pois elas causam manchas permanentes. O horário de check in é às 14:00 (duas horas da tarde) e o check out é até as 11:00 (onze da manhã). Não conseguimos flexibilizar os horários devido a alta demanda de entradas e saídas de hóspedes. Por isso, verifique se o horário te atende e se não atender, considere reservar mais uma ou duas diárias, de acordo com as suas necessidades. Não é permitido sob nenhuma circunstância fumar no apartamento e nem nas áreas comuns do Edifício. Sujeito a multa no valor de uma diária completa + uma faxina extra. Não nos responsabilizamos por objetos esquecidos no loft após o check-out. Certifique-se de que recolheu todos os seus objetos pessoais antes de ir embora. Bagagens deixadas no imóvel após o horário de check out serão enviadas ao guarda volume do prédio e será cobrada uma multa no valor de uma diária + as horas que ficou no guarda volume até o hóspede buscá-las. A ser pago diretamente com o guarda volume. O local conta com Internet Wi-fi de alta velocidade, ar condicionado split, Smart TV 50" (não possui TV à cabo/aberta, apenas smart para você conectar ao seu streaming de preferência), microondas, liquidificador, sanduicheira, fechadura eletrônica, frigobar, cozinha completa, cafeteira, bubble chair, guarda roupas, cama queen size, sofá cama, persiana blackout, kit de primeiros socorros, roupa de cama, toalhas macias, e uma decoração de tirar o fôlego. Itens como café, açúcar, adoçante, azeite, vinagre, shoyo, sal, sabonete, etc, são oferecidos como cortesia mediante a disponibilidade no estoque. O Mirante do Vale possui portaria 24h monitorada. É atualmente o prédio mais alto de São Paulo em funcionamento e é conhecido também por abrigar o Sampa Sky. Dentro do próprio edifício existem diversos comércios que garantem a praticidade da sua estadia, como restaurantes, lavanderia, salão de beleza, lotérica, caixa eletrônico 24h, dentista, mercadinho, papelaria, etc. O elevador atende 2 andares, por isso após sair do elevador é necessário subir meio lance de escada (7 degraus) para ter acesso ao hall dos apartamentos. O edifício não possui garagem, porém ao lado dele há diversos estacionamentos 24 horas. Estarei a disposição no chat da plataforma na maior parte do dia para responder as dúvidas dos hóspedes durante a estadia. Tenho um funcionário que trabalha e mora no prédio para atender alguma eventual emergência.
